Jeff Boyce is a 40-year veteran of the Information Technology Industry. A development and sales career at IBM led him to be a key figure in the company’s transformation to a services focus. That experience took Jeff through a long career in the software and hardware fields as a professional, support, and managed services executive. He has held global executive posts at British Telecom, Candle, Peregrine Systems, Hewlett Packard Software, Aderant (legal software), CrossMatch (biometrics), and Optanix (managed services). He specializes in solving services challenges around revenue growth and profitability, customer success and retention, and putting best practice methodologies into action. Jeff is a founding member of the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA).
